Principal, Justine Ruhlin

In her first year as principal at Northeast Primary, Justine Ruhlin brings three years of experience as the Rutland Intermediate School assistant principal before joining the Northeast team. Prior to joining Rutland City Public Schools in 2020, Ms. Ruhlin was a principal, assistant principal, high school social studies teacher, and Teach For America Corps Member on the Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She resides in Rutland City with her husband and enjoys traveling, reading, practicing yoga, and exploring Vermont.
